Job Description:

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst will lead application systems analysis and programming, including the design and development of new datasets, reports, and server-side components. Responsibilities also include leading a global team of developers to deliver systems, collaborating with UX/UI teams, maintaining Oracle databases, and ensuring compliance within a high-performance environment.

Job Responsibility:

Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities
design and develop datasets, reports, and features for high performance
maintain Oracle schemas, stored procedures, and SQL queries
develop server-side components using Java, Spring Boot, or Node.js
implement RESTful APIs
optimize features
use version control and CI/CD pipelines
collaborate with UX/UI designers for web-based UI development
lead a global team of developers
ensure compliance and risk assessment within projects.

Requirements:

Strong skills in at least two of the following: Back-End Development (Oracle schemas, SQL, Gemfire)
Server-Side Development (Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, RESTful APIs, JUnit)
Cloud Computing and DevOps (Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
Web-Based UI Development (React, Angular, JavaScript)
12+ years of experience in apps development or systems analysis
excellent programming skills
ability to write unit tests
experience with multithreading, data structures, and distributed computing
experience with Hadoop Big Data ecosystem preferred
demonstrated leadership and project management skills.

Nice to have:

Exposure to financial products and markets
experience with Hadoop and Cloudera
modern UI/UX frameworks like Vue.js.
