Job Description:

Collaboration with stakeholders and strong communication skills are integral to the role.

Job Responsibility:

Drive Data & Analytics Maturity: Lead the charge in evolving our data and analytics capabilities within Production Management. You will champion the adoption of next-generation analytics, moving beyond descriptive and diagnostic analysis towards predictive and prescriptive insights
Enable Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate across teams to define, measure, and communicate the impact of data and analytics initiatives. Your work will empower data-driven decision making and drive tangible improvements
Champion Innovation: Embrace a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Explore and implement cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to enhance our data and analytics processes
Be a Collaborative Leader: Work closely with stakeholders across Production Management and other departments to ensure successful implementation of data and analytics initiatives. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships will be essential

Requirements:

Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Strong data analysis and visualization skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite

Nice to have:

Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles
Proficiency in Python
Project management experience
Familiarity with AI/Emerging Technologies
Production support experience
Statistical analysis expertise
Process re-engineering experience
Business analysis skills
