Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced AR and Credit Administrator to join an exciting team in the Construction sector located in Markham.

Job Responsibility:

Process and review customer credit applications, ensuring compliance with company policies
Maintain and update customer master data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Assess credit risk and set appropriate credit limits based on financial analysis
Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, and AR) to manage customer accounts effectively
Monitor and report on outstanding accounts, identifying potential risks
Ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards
Support audit and reconciliation processes related to credit and master data
Assist in process improvement initiatives for credit and master data management

Requirements:

Post-secondary education in business administration, accounting or bookkeeping is an asset
1 + years of experience in credit management is required
Prior experience working with master data is a strong asset
Experience with SAP is a strong asset
Must have excellent communication skills
