Job Description:

This role focuses on tasks related to accounts receivable, billing, and collection.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and oversee billing functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Handle accounts receivable duties, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly
Regularly update and maintain customer credit records
Resolve customer inquiries by providing accurate information and solutions
Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiencies
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Analyze financial data and prepare reports as required

Requirements:

Proficient in Accounts Receivable (AR) management
Demonstrated experience with Billing Functions
Strong capability in Collections
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
