Job Description:

Robert Half Marketing and Creative Atlanta is looking for a creative Art Director for an in-house creative agency. The role involves assisting in managing a small team of creatives, leading design initiatives, and delivering a variety of creative outputs including print marketing, environmental design, and some digital design.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting in managing a small team of creatives
Leading design and creative initiatives
Developing print marketing collateral, environmental design and some digital design
Delivering superior work in a fast-paced environment
Rolling up sleeves and being hands-on as needed
Presenting/pitching concepts to internal clients and external customers.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in discipline related field and 8+ yrs. of experience
Impressive portfolio of imaginative work showcasing a variety of experience
Retail, agency or in-house corporate design experience preferred
Well versed on Macintosh platform (OSX) and industry standard applications: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, MS Office and Photoshop
Flash and HTML a plus but not required
Must be highly proficient in CS3 Design software and other applicable programs
Experience presenting/pitching concepts to internal clients and external customers and sourcing vendors.
