Job Description:

Troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues, ensuring satisfactory resolution; Maintain consistent customer satisfaction; Provide support for Case Management and Solution Management; Case Management: Ensure timely identification and resolution of reported issues; Solution Management: Ensure optimal performance of customer solutions; Demonstrate the ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision; Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Formulate action plans (both technical and operational) to analyze and resolve reported issues; Assign reported issues to the appropriate department and ensure proper follow-through; Escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns; Validate customer issues in a remote lab when required; Collaborate effectively in a team environment, including interactions with Aruba and customer colleagues, QA teams, engineers, and field organizations

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication in English (Second European language is an advantage)
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or Communication/Electrical Engineering required or Equivalent experience
  • Prior Experience in Networking Domain or customer support
  • CCNA or other network associate certificate level knowledge
  • Routing & Switching experience and knowledge
  • Wireless knowledge/certificate is considered as an advantage
