Job Description:

Exciting Opportunity for an Associate – Occupational Disease Team (Birmingham). My client is a national law firm and is looking to expand their Occupational Disease team by bringing in an Associate to work on a caseload of high value Asbestos related claims. No prior Asbestos experience is needed for this role.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a varied caseload, focusing on high-value, complex asbestos-related claims
Supervise and mentor junior members of the team
Work closely with a Legal 500-ranked Partner, bringing in high quality work and career progression opportunities

Requirements:

3-6 years PQE with experience in Disease cases (claimant or defendant)
A desire to transition into claimant asbestos-related work – no prior asbestos experience required
