Job Description:

The Asset Servicing Group Manager role is responsible for delivering global oversight, training, and execution strategy aligning with Citi's broader strategies in Asset Services and Custody Operations. The role involves risk management, process re-engineering, and delivering strategic initiatives while championing a robust operational control environment.

Job Responsibility:

responsible for independent governance and oversight, training and execution globally
define and execute global Asset Servicing control framework, standards and best practices for manual and systemic processes and controls
monitor local control compliance and execute remediation
monitor metric trends and utilize data insights to drive improvements
conduct root cause analysis and remediate with local teams
key lead for deep dive SME/ORM process and control reviews
execute on process and control enhancements identified by process re-engineering
lead development and delivery of globally consistent training tools
define and execute global risk reduction initiatives
partner with regional Asset Servicing heads to achieve standards and manage timeframes
partner with local processing leads to drive execution

Requirements:

10+ years of senior SME experience in Asset Services Operations
experience in strategic delivery preferred
strong communicator and ability to articulate complex scenarios into requirements
ability to partner and influence across levels and business areas
