Job Description:
Entry-level management position leading banquet staff and executing events. Responsibilities include managing assets, scheduling staff, interacting with guests, and ensuring departmental efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
  • Leads the banquet staff and assists in executing events
  • manages departmental inventories and assets including equipment maintenance
  • conducts meetings with banquet captains and employees

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years experience in event management
  • food and beverage or related professional area.
