Job Responsibility:

Assist the department head in managing budget, capital expenditures, preventative maintenance, and energy conservation
Maintain the building and grounds with particular attention to safety, security, and asset protection
Assign, track, and follow up on the status of work assigned to W Talent and contractors
Perform duties of W Talent or contractors in their absence
Increase guest and employee satisfaction through effective communications and training
Supervise Engineering and related areas in absence of the Chief Engineer
Perform the duties of a Handyman or contractor responding to GXP requests and work orders
