Job Description:

As the Assistant Controller, you will report to the CFO in a multi-faceted company. You’ll provide hands on controller duties with a mix of Accounting and FP& A work.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare financial reporting and analysis and provide FP& A support to various stakeholders
Manage the day-to-day accounting for the organization with a finance team of 6 people
Assist with systems implementation
Review payroll, including the cash summary
Oversee revenue, process improvement, and long-term projects
Take charge of all journal entries related to GL, bank transactions, accrued expenses, payroll, and more
Manager the General Ledger (GL) transactions, including cash, and fixed assets

Requirements:

3PL
Prepare financial reporting and analysis
