Job Description:

The role involves handling key accounting functions and maintaining the integrity of financial records. As an Assistant Controller, you will be involved in the processing and analysis of financial data, facilitating audit procedures, and leading tax compliance efforts.

Job Responsibility:

Overseeing the processing of customer credit applications
Ensuring the maintenance of accurate and updated customer credit records
Handling the monthly close activities, reconciliations, and journal entries
Facilitating the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial packages
Conducting monthly variance reviews
Preparing weekly cash analysis and flash reports
Leading the financial audit, tax compliance efforts, and other regulatory requests
Providing training, development, and corrective action/coaching to direct reports
Identifying opportunities to enhance business processes

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
Expertise in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
Familiarity with Billing Functions
Experience in managing General Ledger
