Job Description:

This is a hands-on position with leadership responsibilities, overseeing a team of 3 accounting professionals. The role involves overseeing all accounting operations, month-end close, variance analysis, and financial reporting. The successful candidate must have 5+ years of strong hands-on accounting experience, at least 2 years at a Management level, and experience in mid-size manufacturing companies. Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP systems are required. CPA / MBA is preferred but not required. Manufacturing industry experience, including knowledge of cost and inventory, is required. Experience with Government reporting or government pricing is a major plus.

Oversee all accounting operations

variance analysis
financial reporting

assist with working with auditors and year-end accounting responsibilities

Requirements:

5+ years of strong hands-on accounting experience
at least 2 years at a Management level
