Job Description:

Support corporate financial management, reporting, and compliance tasks such as preparing financial statements, overseeing accounting processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting in strategic financial decision making.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of SEC filings
Ensure accurate financial reporting for consolidated financial statements
Manage the global balance sheet integrity
Execute internal controls compliance
Research technical accounting issues
Act as the business owner of financial accounting systems
Uphold the company's core values
Use accounting software systems to perform accounting functions

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
SEC experience
CPA required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Experience with comprehensive accounting functions
Auditing experience
Ability to manage billing functions effectively
