Job Description:

As the Assistant Director of Banquets & IRD, you will lead the banqueting and in-room dining operations, ensuring excellence in service and creativity in designing guest experiences. This is a leadership role requiring strong team management, guest care skills, and operational coordination.

Job Responsibility:

Planning, executing, and coordinating the entire banqueting and in-room dining operation
ensuring smooth service flow in both areas
defining and implementing operational strategies
designing unique banqueting experiences
creating unique in-room dining experiences
managing and training staff
handling guest care and complaints
analyzing guest feedback.

Requirements:

Passion for the Food & Beverage sector
ability to follow trends and bring new ideas and concepts
team player
excellent communication skills
leadership experience
ability to train and develop team members.

Nice to have:
