Job Description:

The Assistant Director of Business & Development at Bvlgari Hotel Beijing will support Sales & Marketing activities, promote brand awareness, and ensure guest satisfaction. The role involves general office duties, preparing sales documents, and maintaining professional relationships with clients and team members.

Job Responsibility:

Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
Prepare sales-related documents
Promote awareness of brand image
Gather materials and assemble information packages
Use sales techniques to maximize revenue
Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software
Answer guest questions about property facilities/services
Serve as the point of contact for clients
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Comply with quality assurance expectations
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
