Job Description:

The Assistant Director of Finance and Accounting manages the day-to-day operation of the Accounting Office. Responsibilities include financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, audit, and compliance. The role involves leading the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial statements, and providing guidance to executives and peers.

Job Responsibility:

Financial analysis and financial reporting
budgeting/forecasting
audit and control
asset and liability reconciliation
working capital and cash control
managing accounting team
overseeing internal, external, and regulatory audit processes
ensuring compliance with SOPs and LSOPs
leveraging technology for financial reporting
providing financial guidance to executives and peers

Requirements:

4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major
no work experience required
