Job Description:

The Assistant Director of Finance manages the day-to-day operation of the Accounting Office at Bac Ninh Marriott Hotel. Responsibilities include financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, audit, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and LSOPs. The role requires a 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting, Vietnamese market experience, and language capability. Pre-opening experience is preferred.

Job Responsibility:

Manage day-to-day operation of the Accounting Office
financial analysis and reporting
budgeting/forecasting
audit and control
asset and liability reconciliation
working capital and cash control
oversee internal, external, and regulatory audit processes
ensure compliance with SOPs and LSOPs
provide financial guidance to executives and team members
maintain accounting goals and submit reports in a timely manner

Requirements:

4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major
no work experience required
Vietnamese market experience and language capability required
pre-opening experience preferred
