Job Responsibility:
Ensures open positions are advertised in appropriate venues to attract a diverse candidate pool
Works with Employment Administrator to connect with local recruitment sources
Manages benefits education and administration, including Workers Compensation and employee benefits communication
Assists in employee performance appraisal processes
Analyzes trends and reports on employee accidents and work environment issues
Coaches managers on progressive discipline processes.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
4 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area
2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major
