Job Description:

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will assist in managing all aspects of the food and beverage department, ensuring service excellence, and providing motivation and support to the team. The role requires a desire to progress within the industry, relevant supervisory experience, and the ability to work on a rotating roster.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with managing all aspects of the food and beverage department
assist with training team members, managing performance, and recruitment
manage all food and beverage outlets
ensure service excellence
provide motivation and support to the team
ensure the restaurant is consistently prepared and stocked
be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients

Requirements:

A desire to progress within the industry
willingness to participate in trainings
ability to influence and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
relevant experience in a supervisory role, ideally in a hotel environment or similar
current unrestricted working rights in Australia
available to work on a rotating roster including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
