Job Description:

The Assistant Guest Relation Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta Mega Kuningan ensures the highest levels of hospitality and service, resolves guest-related situations, and oversees property operations. The role involves leading guest services teams, maintaining front desk goals, ensuring exceptional customer service, and implementing projects and policies.

Job Responsibility:

Serves as the property Manager on Duty
oversees all property operations
ensures highest levels of hospitality and service
resolves guest-related situations
manages the flow of questions and directs guests within the lobby
tracks service issues
leads guest services teams
maintains guest services and front desk goals
ensures exceptional customer service
implements projects and policies
conducts human resource activities

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
no work experience required
