Job Description:

Entry level management position focusing on supporting day-to-day activities in Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club, and Laundry. The role involves working with employees to clean and maintain guestrooms and public space, completing inspections, and ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.

Job Responsibility:

Support day-to-day activities in Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club, and Laundry
clean and maintain guestrooms and public space
complete inspections
ensure guest and employee satisfaction
maintain operating budget
manage Housekeeping operations and budgets
ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
oversee lost and found procedures
prepare work assignments
inventory stock
communicate guest room status to Front Desk
collaborate with Engineering department
comply with loss prevention policies
supervise inspection program
manage linen inventory
handle guest problems and complaints
review comment cards and guest satisfaction results

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
1 year experience in the housekeeping or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
no work experience required
