Job Description:

JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is seeking a talented individual to join their team as an Assistant Human Resources Manager - Operations. The role involves assisting in various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and training, while ensuring compliance with company policies and local laws. Job Responsibility:

Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues
Assist and support management with Human Resources issues
Monitor hiring and recruitment processes
Inform Human Resources management of issues
Respond to questions from employees and management
Disseminate information to employees
Review and maintain employee records
Assist in logistics and scheduling of employee surveys
Answer phone calls and record messages
Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
Follow company and safety policies
Maintain confidentiality
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Enter and locate work-related information using computers
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
