Job Description:

Assistant in Nursing – Casual Agency Opportunities (Hervey Bay). At Randstad Health & Social Care, we are seeking experienced Assistant in Nursing / Personal Care Workers (AINs) to join our casual talent pool, providing ongoing, regular support to aged care facilities across Hervey Bay. Maintaining a skilled, consistent workforce is critical—not only for ensuring high-quality care but also for fostering strong relationships between staff and residents, ensuring continuity of care, and supporting the long-term stability of aged care facilities.

Job Responsibility:

Providing support to aged care facilities across Hervey Bay
Ensuring continuity of care
Fostering strong relationships between staff and residents

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months experience in aged care
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current Influenza and three COVID-19 vaccinations
Minimum availability for 2 weekdays
Relevant certificate in Aged Care / Individual Support / Healthcare Services
Relevant working experience in aged care
