Job Description:

Your future employer is a well-established shopping mall strategically located in a bustling commercial hub. The mall features a diverse mix of local and international brands, enhanced by modern amenities that elevate the shopping experience. As part of an exciting transformation, the company is undertaking a major refurbishment and tenant mix restructuring. To strengthen its retail offerings, they are looking for a dynamic professional to play a key role in shaping the tenant mix strategy and driving leasing success.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct market research to assess demand and develop a strategic leasing plan for retail spaces
Implement a comprehensive leasing strategy to maximize revenue and returns
Drive occupancy growth and optimize rental income through targeted leasing and marketing initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, business partners, and tenants
Ensure the achievement of revenue and leasing goals, aligning client results with team KPIs and the company’s broader business strategy
Liaise with tenants and coordinate with internal teams, including Project, Fit-Out, Legal, Marketing, Facility Management, and Finance departments
Manage lease negotiations and contract execution, ensuring legal compliance
Collaborate with lawyers to draft standard tenancy agreements, including landlord and tenant provisions, house rules, and fit-out guidelines
Be part of developing leasing budgets, revenue forecasts, and expense controls to optimize property financial performance.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in mall and/or commercial leasing, with a proven track record of securing tenants and retailers
Driven, ambitious, and assertive, with strong negotiation skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Experience in a shopping mall environment is an advantage
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
