Job Description:

Entry level management position focusing on supporting the day-to-day activities of Rooms Operations, including Housekeeping, Recreation, Laundry, Staff, AYS, and Concierge/Guest Services. The role involves ensuring guest and employee satisfaction, managing departmental expenses, and contributing to the property's financial goals.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting the day-to-day activities of Rooms Operations
Assisting in guest arrival and departure procedures
Maintaining property cleanliness standards
Ensuring guest and employee satisfaction
Managing departmental controllable expenses
Supervising same day selling procedures
Verifying accuracy of room rates
Assisting in the investigation of employee and guest accidents
Interacting with guests to obtain feedback
Reviewing comment cards and guest satisfaction results

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
3 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
1 year experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
