Job Description:

The Assistant Manager, Executive Compensation is an integral member of the Executive Compensation team and plays a key role in global stock plan data management and analysis and executive compensation administration to support the company’s global stock programs and executive compensation that enable the company to attract and retain top talent.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supports global equity programs including stock grants and distributions as well as Employee Stock Purchase Plan
  • Administers tax and legal compliance needs for granting stock awards outside of the U.S.
  • Supports global executive compensation reporting needs including surveys, tally sheets, bonus plans, long-term performance plans, perquisites, and external vendors
  • Manages data needed for annual proxy compensation table reporting by partnering with others including representatives from legal and finance
  • Presents ideas, expectations, and information in a concise, organized manner
  • Uses problem solving methodology for decision making and follow up
  • Manages time effectively and conducts activities in an organized manner
  • Supports special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, mathematical reasoning, oral and reading comprehension, and effective written communication
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
