Job Responsibility:

Support the Merchandising team in trading and planning future ranges
Manage allocations and distribution to optimise stock levels and sales opportunities
Analyse sales data to identify trends and recommend actions to enhance performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Train and develop the allocator within your department, enhancing their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

A proactive individual with a passion for merchandising and retail
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
A team player who is eager to support and develop others
Previous experience in merchandising or a related field is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic candidates with a willingness to learn
