As an Assistant Product Development Manager, you will assist the Product Development team to grow the Store Brand business by developing new innovative products. Responsibilities include supporting product development processes, managing vendor relationships, organizing product details, and assisting with market research.
Job Responsibility:
Support Product Development Manager and act as a liaison between vendors and the internal partners such as inventory and quality teams
Utilize project management tools to ensure cross-functional teams are following and adhering to timelines
Manage vendor set up and UPC generation for new item development
Organize and manage planogram files, product samples, ingredient details, pricing and launch information
Assist in market research and competitive analysis/review when needed
Requirements:
Ability to commute to Woonsocket, RI office 3 times per week (Tuesday-Thursday)
Ability to travel 10-15% of the time
Previous Product Development and retail experience preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
