Job Description:

A forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking for a personable Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving team, in Bristol. In this role, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to support a diverse portfolio of public and private sector projects across a range of sectors, including healthcare, education, leisure, and commercial. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of exciting and varied projects. You will work closely with senior team members, gaining exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment where your development will be fully supported.

Job Responsibility:

Support a diverse portfolio of public and private sector projects across a range of sectors, including healthcare, education, leisure, and commercial
Work closely with senior team members, gaining exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle

Requirements:

A degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
18+ months of consultancy experience
Actively working towards APC, or at least eager to begin the process
A proactive and enthusiastic individual
