Job Description:

The Assistant Restaurant Manager assists in the daily supervision of restaurant operations, including menu planning, maintaining sanitation standards, and ensuring guest and employee satisfaction. The role involves supervising staff, handling guest complaints, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting in management of restaurant team
conducting day-to-day restaurant operations
providing exceptional customer service
conducting human resource activities
supervising daily shift operations
ensuring compliance with restaurant policies
handling guest problems and complaints
supervising staffing levels
ensuring proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms for employees

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
