Job Description:

The Assistant Sales Manager (Catering) at The Ritz-Carlton Istanbul will promote brand awareness, resolve guest issues, and assist in managing employees. The role involves ensuring adherence to quality standards, maintaining professional relationships, and contributing to organizational efficiency. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of related work experience, and 2 years of supervisory experience.

Job Responsibility:

Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
Ensure outstanding requests or problems from the previous day are resolved
Receive, record, and relay messages accurately
Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Follow all company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2-years of related work experience
At least 2-years of supervisory experience
