Job Description:

The Assistant Sales Manager at Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel will be responsible for maximizing revenue, maintaining guest loyalty, and supporting the Sales & Marketing team. The role involves handling guest requests, promoting the brand, and ensuring high-quality service standards. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of related work experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Job Responsibility:

Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty
Determine and give complimentaries to guests
Promote brand image internally and externally
Process Marriott Rewards points and reservations
Answer, record, and process guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns
Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
Assist management in training and motivating employees
Follow company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Monitor the performance of others
Read and visually verify information
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
