Job Description:

The Assistant Security Manager at The Red Sea Resort EDITION is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property, guests, and employees. This includes patrolling the property, securing rooms, assisting guests, conducting emergency drills, monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, handling emergencies, and completing reports. The role also involves training and coaching employees, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Patrol all areas of the property
secure rooms
assist guests with room access
conduct emergency response drills
monitor CCTV and alarm systems
handle emergencies
complete reports
assist guests/employees during emergencies
resolve safety hazards
escort unwelcome persons from the property
ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws
provide proper paperwork to employees
assist in training, motivating, and coaching employees
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality
protect company assets
welcome and acknowledge guests
develop positive working relationships
ensure adherence to quality expectations

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Ability to patrol property, secure rooms, assist guests, conduct emergency drills, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, handle emergencies, and complete reports
Physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and over 75 pounds with assistance
Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
