Job Description:

Citi is looking for an Assistant Vice President, FX Settlement to join their team in Singapore. The role involves proactive engagement with stakeholders, driving sustainable processes, and implementing automation initiatives. The candidate will work closely with Operations Control to ensure compliance with audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements. The role also involves shaping operational workflows for new product launches and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility:

Proactive engagement with Singapore country and APAC regional stakeholders
Drive and implement sustainable processes, automation/migration initiatives
Working closely with Operations Control on developing and adhering to an effective control framework
Involvement in shaping/building standardized and sustainable operational workflow
Preparing & publishing strong MIS information for regular Management Updates
Implementing a successful People and Engagement strategy
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement
Coaching and mentoring our People
Championing diversity and inclusion

Requirements:

Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
5-8+ years of experience in Tier 1 global financial institutions
Experience in handling large projects delivering operational activities, especially in Money Market, Fixed Income products
Experience delivering strategic change programmes in a fast-paced, large global financial services firm
Strong, influential communicator
Strong risk management and control mindset
Demonstrated experience leading people and developing effective and diverse teams
