Job Description:

This role is integral to our corporate finance team, with responsibilities encompassing the management of corporate accounts, financial analysis, and reporting. The role is set within the industry, where you'll be engaged in a wide array of accounting functions.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the accurate and timely accounting, analysis, and reporting of corporate accounts and disclosures for various stakeholders
Ensure the preparation and analysis of financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for management reporting
Uphold the maintenance and reconciliation of corporate general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Collaborate with the Finance department and other teams to assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, offering insights and analysis to aid decision-making
Provide support to the Tax department in the preparation of income tax returns and accounting
Facilitate external audits by supplying necessary documentation and explanations
Carry out financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
Actively engage in cross-functional collaborations with various departments across the organization

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Knowledge of BlackLine software
Familiarity with Concur
Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Ability to handle Accounting Functions
Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
Auditing skills
Capacity to handle Billing Functions
