We are partnering with a well-established, growing boutique litigation law firm in downtown Minneapolis that is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and/or real estate litigation, representing clients in complex disputes involving contractors, developers, property owners, and design professionals.
Job Responsibility:
Represent clients in construction and real estate litigation matters, including contract disputes, payment claims, mechanic's liens, construction defects, title disputes, leasing issues, and landlord-tenant matters
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery with precision and clarity
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client advisement
Participate in mediation, arbitration, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution
Advocate for clients in court proceedings and administrative hearings
Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to develop effective case strategies
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active state bar membership in good standing
Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction and/or real estate litigation
Proven track record of achieving positive outcomes in complex disputes
Experience with alternative dispute resolution methods
