Job Description:

Robert Half Legal has partnered with a growing plaintiff personal injury firm in downtown San Diego on a full time Associate Attorney role. This position is open due to growth and the team is up to 6 attorneys and over 15 support staff. The firm has state of the art technology and young/competitive environment to it. You will be responsible for managing an active caseload in litigation, effectively working up cases, and negotiating settlements. You’re an ideal candidate if you’re detail-oriented, outcome-focused, and someone who has a desire to get the best results for the client. There is plenty of opportunity to make good money at the firm as you will earn a % of the fees you generate along with a strong base salary. The firm provides a full suite of benefits and you will be working in office in a hybrid work setting.

Job Responsibility:

managing an active caseload in litigation
effectively working up cases
negotiating settlements

Requirements:

Civil Litigation Experience – plaintiff or defense
PI Experience
Trial Experience is a plus
Preference would be Spanish speaking
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience practicing litigation
Licensed to practice in California

Nice to have:

Trial Experience is a plus
Preference would be Spanish speaking
