Job Description:

We're looking for an Associate Attorney to join our Complex Litigation group. Preferred candidates will have strong research and writing abilities, courtroom advocacy experience, and exceptional analytical skills. Associate Attorneys are involved in all aspects of cases including conducting research, drafting a variety of documents, developing case strategy, preparing for hearings, actively participating in hearings/depositions/trials, and coordinating appeals.

Requirements:

Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Associate Attorney
Preferred candidates will have a Federal, Appellate or State Supreme Court Clerkship
Experience in Multi-District Litigation, coordinating complex cases in different districts preferred
Must have license to practice in Minnesota

Nice to have:

Federal, Appellate or State Supreme Court Clerkship
