Job Description:

A mid-sized Portland law firm is searching for an Associate Attorney who can take on Construction Defect and other Civil Litigation cases. This candidate will get the chance to work alongside multiple partners in the firm and touch a wide variety of both Civil and Commercial Litigation matters.

Job Responsibility:

Handle and manage civil litigation cases, ensuring the effective and efficient resolution of cases
Leverage your knowledge of construction law to provide legal advice on matters related to construction litigation
Handle liability insurance cases, providing legal advice and representation for clients
Draft litigation documents
Attend arbitrations and trials

Requirements:

Must be a Licensed Oregon Attorney with at least 1 year of experience in Civil Litigation
Experience with Construction Law preferred
