Job Description:

The firm is hiring all levels of attorneys with 2+ years of experience including counsel and partners. This is a combo Litigation (employment defense & commercial litigation) AND transactional (advising employers, workplace investigations, drafting employee handbooks). Associate onsite target: 3-4 days/week post-training period. Associate Attorney Billable hour target: 1800/year.

Job Responsibility:

Defending mid-sized to Fortune 500 clients on discrimination, wrongful termination and other employment claims made by employees
Litigation covering state and federal courts
Discovery, law and motion, and growth into more responsibility

Requirements:

2+ years of civil litigation experience (will teach on practice area)
Stable attorney work history
Local to San Diego (can commute to La Jolla area)
Licensed in California
JD from ABA-approved law school
