Job Description:

Attorneys interested in complex business and commercial litigation have an opportunity to join a boutique law practice in Orange County specializing in the practice area. Cases can range from contract disputes, fraud, soft IP, trade secrets, high-value pension matters, and some large bankruptcies.

Job Responsibility:

Discovery
Law and motion
Depositions
Court appearances
Document review

Requirements:

Licensed in CA with a JD from an ABA accredited law school
5 years of experience in civil litigation, ideally with as much complex litigation as possible
Commutable to Irvine as this is a fully onsite role
STRONG writing
this attorney must be comfortable working on novel, non-templated issues

Nice to have:

Experience in federal court is preferred
