Job Description:

Am Law law firm seeks Attorney wanting to learn employment law (or grow their skills within employment law defense). This firm prides itself in diversity amongst the partnership. The attorneys are nationally recognized for their diversity amongst leaders. This is a hybrid onsite position.

Job Responsibility:

Employment advising and defending wage and hour, single party claims
Supporting commercial litigation teams
60% litigation, 40% advising
Litigation in Northern, Central, and Southern California state courts and the Ninth Circuit federal district court

Requirements:

Licensed in California
2+ years of civil litigation within California
