Job Responsibility:

Formulate a client and candidate development plan
Initiate a range of sales and marketing activities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Initiate a range of sourcing activities
Develop and manage the recruitment process for clients
Provide advice to clients and candidates

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree
Experience in sales/business development is a plus
Driven, ambitious, and proactive character
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
