Job Description:

Support Digital Innovation AD on operating key digital projects to drive Entresto deep dive at emerging hospitals; Lead cooperation with BU field teams for digital project execution and reporting; Manage vendors for efficient execution in emerging markets.

Job Responsibility:

Support Digital Innovation AD on operating key digital projects in Cardiovascular (CV) TA to drive Entresto deep dive at emerging hospitals
Drive a close cooperation with BU field teams (DMs, MRs, AMMs etc.) to ensure a successful landing of the digital projects in the assigned areas
Vendor communication and management, to translate project goals into efficient Remote Reps vendor execution that eventually serves Entresto business opportunities exploration and emerging market business growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor or above, undergraduates from 211 universities majoring medical/biotech/pharmacy, etc.
3+ years’ experience in pharmacy, with at least 1+ working experience as an MR in CV TA.
Strong business growth mindset, solid knowledge and insights of the CV hospital markets and HCP needs.
Strong communication and influence skills to drive collaboration with field teams.
Proactive reporting mindset and with clear result-driven reporting skills.
Self-motivated, enough patience and energy in complexity and uncertainty environment.
Experience of pharmacy digital projects is a plus.
