Job Description:

Client is a global healthcare company headquartered in Basel, Switzerland, operating in over 140 countries with approximately 100,000 employees worldwide.

Job Responsibility:

Support Digital Innovation AD on operating key digital projects in Cardiovascular (CV) TA to drive Entresto deep dive at emerging hospitals.
Drive a close cooperation with BU field teams (DMs, MRs, AMMs etc.) to ensure successful project implementation.
Vendor communication and management, to translate project goals into efficient vendor execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor or above, undergraduates from 211 universities majoring medical/biotech/pharmacy, etc.
3+ years’ experience in pharmacy, with at least 1+ working experience as an MR in CV TA.
Strong business growth mindset, solid knowledge and insights of the CV hospital markets and HCP needs.
Strong communication and influence skills to drive collaboration with field teams.
Proactive reporting mindset and with clear result-driven reporting skills.
Self-motivated, enough patience and energy in complexity and uncertainty environment.
Experience of pharmacy digital projects is a plus.
