Job Description:

Support key digital projects in Cardiovascular therapeutic area driving Entresto adoption at emerging hospitals, collaborating with field teams and managing vendors.

Job Responsibility:

Support Digital Innovation AD on operating key digital projects in Cardiovascular (CV) TA to drive Entresto deep dive at emerging hospitals, including but not limited to Remote Reps and HCP Omni channel engagement.
As a territory project leader, drive close cooperation with BU field teams to ensure successful landing of the digital projects in assigned areas, with project KPIs achieved and execution insights reported on a quarterly basis.
Vendor communication and management to translate project goals into efficient Remote Reps vendor execution that serves Entresto business opportunities exploration and emerging market business growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor or above, undergraduates from 211 universities majoring medical/biotech/pharmacy, etc.
3+ years’ experience in pharmacy, with at least 1+ working experience as an MR in CV TA.
Strong business growth mindset, solid knowledge and insights of the CV hospital markets and HCP needs.
Strong communication and influence skills to drive collaboration with field teams.
Proactive reporting mindset and with clear result-driven reporting skills.
Self-motivated, enough patience and energy in complexity and uncertainty environment.
Experience of pharmacy digital projects is a plus.
