Job Description:

Associate Director, Compliance (Healthcare): Ready to make an impact on healthcare compliance in a globally driven biopharma environment. Lead compliance initiatives, provide training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams focused on innovation.

Job Responsibility:

guide compliance in interactions with healthcare professionals, government agencies, and third-party intermediaries
implement internal controls, risk assessments, and monitoring programs
provide compliance training to teams and promote awareness of ethics and regulatory standards
collaborate with business functions to embed compliance best practices into daily operations
participate in audits, investigations, and global compliance initiatives

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in corporate compliance, ethics, or legal roles within pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices
in-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, including the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act
bilingual fluency in Japanese and English, with excellent communication and influencing skills
bachelor’s degree required (business or legal background preferred)
