Job Description:

Our client, a prestigious boutique law firm specializing in Environmental Law, seeks an Associate Lawyer with expertise in Public and Administrative Law. This role involves solving complex legal challenges and contributing to the firm's success.

Job Responsibility:

Drafting and reviewing legal pleadings, opinions, and memoranda to support litigation and advisory services
Managing court procedures and handling case-related tasks, including filings, submissions, and procedural deadlines
Representing clients and the firm in legal proceedings and hearings, delivering persuasive arguments and advocating for favorable outcomes
Conducting in-depth legal research on evolving regulatory frameworks and case law to develop innovative strategies and solutions
Preparing detailed case resolution proposals and legal recommendations, contributing to effective decision-making and risk mitigation

Requirements:

LLB or equivalent Law degree
LLM in Public Law or Environmental/Urban Planning Law
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
