Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in scheduling appointments accurately and efficiently

proven ability to generate and handle referrals effectively
excellent interviewing skills to gather necessary patient information
training skills to guide and educate patients and their families about the care process
ability to work with offshore teams and coordinate care across different locations
strong communication skills to answer queries and provide information to patients and their families
